How to: get Rani Mukerji's Vogue cover girl look

Vogue India's August cover star, Rani Mukerji exudes timeless beauty and encapsulates everything that our ageless issue stands for. Delicate feline streaks on soft hazel eyes, soft contouring on those beautifully freckled cheeks and a vibrant fuschia rose on her lips—her covergirl make-up is as flawless as her acting abilities.

We got make-up artist Rosario Belmonte to decode Mukerji’s Vogue cover look in five easy steps:

1. To get that smooth even-toned base and match Mukerji’s caramel complexion, he used a mix of Armani’s two foundation shades—7 and 5.5.

2. He then filled the eyebrows with MAC Impeccable Brow Liner in Dark Brown.

3. For the eyes, Belmonte dusted the lids with a soft-pearl and beige shadow using Laura Mercier Satinee Creme Eye Color in Cocoa Velour, then lined the eyes with MAC’s pencil eye liner.

4. The lips were coloured a bright fuschia using Giorgio Armani Beauty Rouge d’Armani Sheer Lipstick in Ecstasy Pink 500.

5. The final touch: contoured cheeks using YSL Terre Saharienne Bronzing Powder SPF 12.
