Best form of exercise for a full-body workout?
For me, it's pilates and dance.
What do you tell yourself on a day you don't feel like getting out of bed?
I think of my dad when I'm feeling lazy. He barely needs 4 hours of sleep and has great work ethic. I think you need to respect your work and when I think of all of that, I feel the need to get out of bed.
What's your favourite post-workout snack?
I workout in the mornings so I have breakfast straight after—peanut butter on toast and a soy milkshake.
Do you have a #fitspiration icon?
Giselle Bündchen—not only is she toned, but also strong.
What's on your workout playlist?
It's a little embarrassing, but I like my pop when I work out—Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Calvin Harris and Rihanna.
Another actor in the industry who is as dedicated to fitness as yourself?
Lisa Haydon, for sure. She runs marathons which needs a lot of hard work and discipline. I'd like to run a marathon someday.
How do you work on getting the perfect beach body?
For us (actors) we need to maintin a beach body throughout the year. It's not something that's going to happen overnight, juice cleanses cannot give you a beach body suddenly. You have to train through the year and maintain it.
Who do you train with?
I train with Namrata Purohit and at the I Think Fitness gym. I like to mix it up!
How do you de-stress?
Workouts are great to de-stress, but nothing beats meditation. I also like to go horse-riding or dancing to unwind.
