There's always that air of mystery around star couples in the country—they're spotted together, but more often than not, are "just good friends". But after much speculation (kicked off by Bollywood director Karan Johar's many, many sports-related puns in the last season of Koffee With Karan), couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli went public early this year—starting with their Twitter feeds.

Last night's Vogue Beauty Awards was a big one for the couple, marking their very first red carpet moment together. While their poses for the shutterbugs were picture-perfect, there was no missing the few seconds where the two forgot the cameras for a quick eye-gazing session (quite like Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan at Cannes).
Their best moment of the night: Sharma accepting her 'Beauty of the Year' award, acknowledging Kohli's very realistic compliments - "He told me I'm looking like a nimbu tonight," she laughingly confessed, in reference to the sorbet yellow Gauri & Nainika gown she donned for the night.
If having Kohli on her arm is what gives her skin that glow, her beauty secret is finally out.
