Memorial Service for Gloria Gelfand to Be Held at LIM

GELFAND MEMORIAL SET: Friends and family will gather at LIM in Manhattan for a memorial service May 11 for Gloria Gelfand on what would have been her 90th birthday. In her 65 years in the industry, her work experience included being president of the U.S. division of Escada, as well as that same role at Louis Féraud. She also helped international designers such as Catherine Malandrino get their footing in the U.S. Gelfand died of pneumonia Dec. 16 at Hospice of St. Mary’s in Callaway, Md.
