5 ways to dress according to your haircut

Did you just chop your locks off and are worried that the leap of faith might turn against you? It's time you forget about bygones and own the new territory. Short hair takes years off of your face and that just means you can try new styles without thinking twice.

1. Show off those collar bones and shoulders. Experiment with blouses that are closed at the neck, but expose your tanned shouders or boat necks and strapless dresses.

2. Shorter hemlines needn't mean cutesy skater dresses. Work playsuits and printed shifts with your lob.

3. Jumpsuits can be a lot more fun if you pile your hair to one side to create a an assymetric look. Take lessons from Emma Stone.

4. Every once in a while pull your hair back for a sleek look. Messy hair can look out of place at formal events, tie your hair at the back to every once in a while keep the focus on your dress.

5. Contrary to the myth that short hair needs less maintainence, get a blow out for special events. You can basically wear anything you please when your beauty look is in place. Ever seen a picture of Karlie Kloss and found it less than satisfactory? Exactly what we mean.
