50 and fit, Bollywood actor, model and athlete Milind Soman finished what is reputedly the world's toughest triathlon, the Ironman Triathlon, earlier this week—the news of which has spread like wildfire. Hosted in Zurich, Switzerland, he completed the trio of sporting events—swimming, cycling and running—in an impressive 15 hours and 19 minutes, under the 16 hour top mark.

Vogue chats with the coolest new Ironman out there, Milind Soman, on bucket lists, cheat foods, and superheroes.

What was the first thing you ate after finishing the Ironman Triathlon?

Rice and Thai curry.

Is this the best shape that you have been in your life? How does age affect your fitness? 

It's the best so far, because mentally, emotionally and spiritually—I am stronger.

What was your daily fitness regime like while training for the Ironman Triathlon?

Two hours of combinations of running, swimming and cycling.

Do what moves you—and never give up.
