Carlo Capasa to Helm Italy’s Chamber of Fashion

MILAN – Carlo Capasa has been appointed president of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana. The entrepreneur succeeds Mario Boselli, who has headed the Italian fashion organization for 15 years. Boselli is to be nominated honorary president of the chamber on May 14 during the next meeting of the board. Chief executive officer Jane Reeve is leaving her role on June 30 and her duties are to be passed on to Capasa. Capasa has helped build the Costume National business with his brother, designer Ennio Capas, and has long been a member of the Camera.
