Nest Fragrances Adds Two New Executives

Nest Fragrances is bulking up its leadership team. Effective immediately, the lifestyle fragrance brand has tapped Stephanie Davis Michelman as vice president of marketing and international sales and Doreen La Sala-Coll, who will be the vice president of sales. These two newly created positions will report to Nest’s chief executive officer, Nancy McKay. In her new role, Michelman will be responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. In addition, she will oversee business and market development, market research and planning and promotional and cooperative advertising. She will expand and enhance the brand’s digital and online marketing activities with an eye toward strengthening its direct-to-consumer business and increasing overall brand awareness, as well as identifying appropriate markets for international expansion. Prior to Nest Fragrances, Michelman served as vice president of marketing, global and North America at Ahava Dead Sea Laboratories, where she partnered with an external agency to revamp brand messaging and creative to distill Ahava to four simple, yet compelling tenets. She worked for L’Oréal USA as vice president, field sales and international designer collections.
