Randa to Offer Cole Haan Neckwear

Randa Accessories has signed a licensing deal with Cole Haan to manufacture, market, distribute and sell men’s neckwear in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the U.K. and Japan. The Cole Haan neckwear collection will launch for fall and be sold at better department stores as well as Cole Haan’s own stores. According to Randa, this is the first time Cole Haan has licensed neckwear. The brand had offered a limited number of ties in the Nineties, but they were only available in its own stores and not wholesaled. “The new neckwear collection is lifestyle-driven and designed to marry harmoniously with the Cole Haan brand and vision for fall 2015,” said John Kammeier, president of neckwear and jewelry for Randa. “We see this as a chance to attract a younger customer with better updated traditional goods.” The neckwear will retail for $58 to $78. “Neckwear for younger men is trending positively; not as mandatory 9 to 5 work attire, but as an accessory of choice and individuality.
