Perdomo-Ruehlemann was most recently senior vice president of global marketing, communications and digital for the lifestyle beauty brand. In her new role, she will be charged with “cultivating the brand’s identity and developing innovative consumer engagement in her continued efforts to build global momentum,” said Jean-Marc Plisson, chief executive officer of Fresh, to whom Perdomo-Ruehlemann reports. She will also oversee the marketing, communications, creative and digital departments. “Lucia has been an instrumental partner in building the brand’s equity since she joined Fresh over six years ago,” said Plisson. “As the brand accelerates globally, her proven track record and excellent leadership will unite a Fresh community, both internally and externally, and keep the consumer at the heart of what we do, now and into the future.” Prior to joining Fresh in 2008, Perdomo-Ruehlemann was at Estée Lauder for almost 10 years, working as vice president of global marketing for Jo Malone. She has also worked in fragrance at Elizabeth Arden and skin care marketing at Avon.
