Gucci ordered to pay Guess €30,000 following six-year legal dispute

A French court has rejected Gucci’s claims that denim label Guess infringed its copyright and invalidated three of Gucci’s ‘G’ community and international trademarks, meaning the brand cannot claim exclusive use to the marks any longer.
